Founder & Owner-Operator
Forge Vista is led by its founder, Felix H. Perez. A seventeen-year practitioner of distressed hard-asset acquisition and repositioning, Mr. Perez directs every phase of the firm's mandate. He personally underwrites every opportunity, performs on-site due diligence, and maintains final authority over all capital commitments. This immersion in the process ensures that the person walking the dirt is the person signing the check.
The Operational Core
Forge Vista is built for execution, not administration. All sitework, remediation, infrastructure, and stabilization are performed through our in-house construction company, which Mr. Perez owns and operates directly. This structure allows us to capture owner earnings and exercise forensic control over capital requirements.
Independence and Alignment
Forge Vista is an independent firm. We operate exclusively from the principal's balance sheet and aligned private capital, intentionally bypassing the Institutional Performance Derby and bureaucratic committee constraints. This allows us to maintain a strategy of patience, waiting for the fat pitch and ignoring market speculation. Our internal operations are supported by a specialized team focused on Forensic Analysis, Capital Stewardship, and Asset Operations.
